The “employees” stakeholder group comprises the current employees and trainees in all Vestolit departments. Our social responsibility obligations include ensuring that the workplace is safe, that employees’ privacy is upheld and that everyone is treated with respect. As an employer, we also attach great importance to ensuring it is possible for employees to maintain a good balance between work and family/personal life.

As a member of the Orbia Group, we implement these goals by integrating the Orbia code of ethics into our corporate activity. This code of ethics reflects the values and rules of conduct that Orbia and all its employees uphold in their dealings with internal and external stakeholders.

One example of the respect that we show towards our employees is our equal pay policy. We also regularly conduct staff surveys, analyze the results and advise them in various project groups with management, employees and external experts so that we can work together to improve things.
